The bowl of the sucrier has a border round the top portion of
underglaze blue dots linked with gilded stylised flower heads. Below this is a
blue line with scalloped gilded lines on each side.

Around the body of the sucrier are equally spaced stylised flowers and
foliage in underglaze blue and gold. These flower sprays are interspersed
with single gilt sprigs. It is certainly a very elegant design of
decoration.

The sucrier bowl has a scalloped and gilded rim.

The sucrier bowl stands upon a raised foot rim at the top of which
is a gilded line round the base of the bowl.

The cover of the sucrier is also fluted and has the same charming decoration
as the tea bowl.

The low domed shaped cover has a border round the rim of
underglaze blue dots linked with gilded stylised flower heads. Inside this is a
blue line with scalloped gilded lines on each side.

Around the cover are equally spaced stylised flowers and
foliage sprays in underglaze blue and gold. These flower sprays are
interspersed with single gilt sprigs.

The cover has a scalloped rim which is also richly gilded.

There is a gilded button shaped final to the cover.
