Caughley blue and white printed tea canister lid, with gilt decoration and gilt button finial, c1780

This pretty blue and white lid is the lid from a Caughley tea canister, c1775. It has an oriental style blue and white border decoration with fine gilt floral decoration. It has a flat button finial. I believe that it is of the 'Pagoda' design.

Marks:

there are no manufacturer's marks, but I believe that this is a Caughley tea canister lid, c1780.

Condition:

The lid id generally in very good condition, there are just a few tiny chips around the inner rim, as shown below.
