There are no manufacturer's marks, but this is a Worcester slops bowl dating from c1790
This charming Worcester slops bowl does have a restored chip to its rim, which is clearly visible (shown in the 3 pictures below). The restoration is clear on a small area near to the rim and can also be just seen on the top gilded rim (right hand picture). Apart from this restored chip, there are no cracks other repairs or restoration. It will still make a fine example piece for the collector of Worcester or early English porcealian.
